Donations ensure harm reduction and most of all, health equity!
The IDEA Exchange is funded by grants but primarily through donations. Your generous support will continue to help fund our harm reduction services and keep them free and accessible.
Volunteer
Volunteering your time at the exchange helps us empower, educate, and serve the communities of South Florida. You will be able to help us; empower individuals with technical skills such as those for overdose prevention training; educate participants on Florida laws and statutes to keep people informed; serve groups harm reduction services through syringe exchange.

Advocate for syringe exchange
We’re working on legislation that would expand syringe exchange to areas of Florida outside of Miami-Dade, but we need your help. Contact your representative in government to ask them to support health equity for all in Florida.
